Breyfogle Genealogy

Here are some interesting facts from our tree.

-The first “Breyfogle” to come to America from the info we have is Johann Petar Breyvogel who came to the US in the 1700s.

-The name Breyfogle has changed several times since coming to America to make it “Easier” It went from Breyvogel to Breyfogel to Breyfogle.

    Hi Levi! Great site. I am descended from Johann, but in my line we spell the name Bryfogle. 🙂

    Trying to find more information on Thomas(1747-1829) and Isabella (Clendenning ) (1755-1850)Hitchcock. You may want to know that you can find their graves on http://www.findagrave.com-{l# 37415083}Buried in the Hitchcock Family Cemetery Cadiz, Harrison County Ohio. I am their 5th-Gr. Granddaughter- thru their son Isaac Samuel and Mary (Haverfield) Hitchcock, their son Isaac Wilton and Hannah (F.Freeman) daughter Jennie Belle Hitchcock M. (George)Downing. I would appreciate and return any help with research on any of them. Thank you.
